I love this little toy, and both of my sons do too! There are a few songs that are upbeat and fun to listen to, two modes for creating the songs, and volume settings. The first toy test that happens before coming home is the "repeat as fast as possible" test and it passes! Meaning I can tolerate it ...see moreof the reviewer's review

I was pretty disappointed in this toy. It looks adorable but it’s pretty boring. I expected the bugs to light up, or the beat to change as they were stacked (The name “build a beat” is very misleading.). The bugs don’t stack well and fall over almost immediately.
