This is not Target's fault but Google's. I bought this product in November and the app would sync in real time with the wristband. In the last month that is no longer the case. The readings on the watch are too small to easily see so I depended on the google fit app on my phone. Google owns this product and it is obvious they no longer do proper maintance. The last two days it took over a day to get current reading on the app for number of steps per day and sleep information. I am going to see if I can return it. Again not Target's fault, but at this point, due to Google's lack of investment to keep this product working as described, Target should no longer sell it.
Stopped working in less than three months.

This tracker does everything that I need - counts steps and shows calories burned, shows resting heart rate and current heart rate. There's a lot more you can do with the app but I'm happy with the basics. I only wish the clock display stayed on all the time. Sometimes it's difficult to to see in bright sunlight.

Too bulky. It would catch on covers at night, coat jackets, pullovers, any fitted sleeve became a wrestling match. And the pressure of the device was always noticeable. I’m a small woman and the gap between the band and my wrist is obnoxious. Not a good design. I miss my Fitbit Flex. Loved that!

One big complaint…calories do not completely zero out, like steps take taken. Every time I go to put mine on, it says 250 or like today 702 calories burned. It has been on the table not on my body. Product is cool (hence 2 stars) but watch face scratches and scuffs nearly instantly, despite delicate handling. I can't imagine how much it would scuff if I used it with any sort of intensity (as most athletes who buy one of these would). Their warranty and return policy have a clause that omits scratches/scuffs from coverage. For shame -- if the watch were well-made, FitBit would stand by it. Save some money and skip FitBit.
