Product is cool (hence 2 stars) but watch face scratches and scuffs nearly instantly, despite delicate handling. I can't imagine how much it would scuff if I used it with any sort of intensity (as most athletes who buy one of these would). Their warranty and return policy have a clause that omits scratches/scuffs from coverage. For shame -- if the watch were well-made, FitBit would stand by it. Save some money and skip FitBit.

This watch is a great addition to my frequent long walks. When I see the step counter in the 30,000 range it makes me feel accomplished. So far so good on the feel, has yet to fall off or feel uncomfortable. Also it's cool that you can check the time with a simple flick of the wrist. All in all, it's good for somebody who's never owned a watch before. I love my Fitbit !

I have had nothing but trouble with my fitbit inspire 2. When I am out running, it suddenly doesn't work because I am sweating and the waterlock engages. I have to pull out my phone to check the time. The GPS is wildly inaccurate. The notifications worked at first, then they stopped vibrating. The bluetooth becomes unpaired regularly and everything has to be rebooted. Finally today the screen went black and the side buttons stopped working. I was told to change the clock face, then I was told to return to factory settings. Now it is stuck on a screen, won't pair with the app, and cannot be used at all. I recommend using an app on your phone, because that technology is way more reliable.
