This is my second Versa 2. The first one worked great until it just suddenly didn't. Glitched out and was useless. This second one has been glitchy from day 1, and today the screen just popped off out of nowhere. It's been slightly over a year since I got it, so warranty is expired. Waste of money.

Since i got the fitbit, there were issues with texts clearing. You would look at them, but they would not clear as “read.”. Within the past year, there were consistent issues with reading my heart rate. (yes, i had a fitbit brand watch band.) after several years, one day randomly, the screen stopped working. i was hit with a bunch of green and white vertical lines. the watch still works in the background, but the display is shot. reading fitbit forums, this is a fairly common issue and it sounds like i was lunch to have mine for as long as i did. Pros: easy to setup, waterproof (showered with it!) Cons: inconsistent, glitchy, busted display after ~5 years

No sound can come out of the FitBit. You are able to download apps like Spotify, but it doesn’t play off of your Fitbit. It just starts playing off of your phone. The alarms are simply vibrations on your watch. I also disliked that you had to download all of your apps for your watch on your phone. Also, you are only able to change your watch face from your phone. I would highly recommend getting an Apple Watch instead. Other than that, I found that it was a pretty good device. I wouldn’t recommend it, though.

Look, I have been a loud and proud Fitbit stan for years. I love having the ability to track my steps and HR. However the quality of their products just isn’t IT. My Fitbit versa 2 is the fourth Fitbit I’ve purchased. Like the 3 devices that proceeded it, it died before even reaching 2 years old. Fitbit support is abysmal, they just spit out the instructions you can find online and don’t help when you find yourself with a broken device (which you inevitably will since their products are CRAP). This fitbit will be my last. I’m already looking into the better alternatives (Garmin and Apple) and hope anyone reading this thinks twice before wasting their money.
