Cottage look for sunroom

I wanted a cottage look for my sunroom, and didn't want the expense of reupholstering the love seat. This bedspread had the colors and pattern I wanted, and it looks great! I put the pillow sham on a square throw pillow for the chair. The material is soft and washed well. It would look great on a bed too! :)
Beautiful bedspread

This bedspread is just gorgeous! It fits perfectly and is light enough for the summer. The colors are soft and pretty plus it's nice having the reversible option too.
Waverly never disappoints when it comes florals.

I like it. A lot! I bought the King for a dual mattress. The mint color background (which is hard to find) with the 'soft floral's works with the coloring in our bedroom. It's very refreshing to see florals, which adds a little of the unexpected- kinda vintage look with french/english attitude! Being I've always have solid ivory or white on the bed with interesting glitzy pillow, this was a nice change. The bedding seams don't exactly line up with the side edges of the mattress and I have to give a little pull here and there to kind of adjust it evenly. I guess the material isn't wide enough to reach the edge of the mattress where they would normally have a seam, and then the side overhangs. But overall, its a keeper. the florals made up for that disappointment. Cotton is very comfortable to use as a blanket cover, so all in all you get two looks, blanket and coverlet. Quick to make the bed. Would like to get the bedskirt. Been searching. Oh one more thing, its nicely oversized. It really does hit the floor, so your box spring is hidden, but I still want that bedskirt. The colors and pattern held true to the pics in the description.

This is my second Waverly set. I love the colors, the pattern and, especially, the long drape that is hard to find nowadays.
Good value for the price

I had looked at this bedspread and considered for several months. It is quite pretty in the pictures, but the reviews I’d read on various sites made me nervous. I really didn’t want a true blue anyway, it was just the fear of the relative unknown. But then it went on sale at Target. First, it’s the lowest price you’ll find (trust me, I’ve looked and worked the numbers with discounts and coupons!) and since it’s Target, if I hated it the return would be so much easier. But I don’t hate it at all! First the negatives. Yes, the color is not exact to the picture. Actually, if you just look at the thumbnail it’s not too far off, but when you look at the enlarged picture it definitely reads much more blue than aqua. And it isn’t really even aqua. It’s somewhere between aqua and sage. Not that it’s entirely negative, unless you’re hoping for robin’s egg blue. I like the color. It definitely brightens up the room. The other negative, sort of, is that it just seems a little...cheap. Definitely not a high end piece. But then, I just spent $118 on a king size spread with shams. Yes, it’s Waverly, no it is not high end. You can expect Dom Peringnon on a Budweiser budget. The Pros This thing is huge! For those with deep mattresses and high beds (like me) you’ll appreciate how much room this has. No, it doesn’t touch the floor, but it covers the side boards quite adequately. It’s reversible. If you like to change things up, you have the option. I’m not a fan of the striped side, but to each their own. I think for the price, this is definitely has value. If you’re worried about the color, buy from Target so you can avoid the hassle of shipping it back.
Pretty but has stitching issues

The colors were as shown on my monitor. A pretty floral print, but "vapor blue" is actually more like "aqua", or bluish-green. The blue colored stripes on the reverse side multi-color stripe pattern actually are shades of blue. If you are looking for a quilt with a true light blue background, this is not it. I had read reviews on other sites, so I knew what to expect, and it works for me. I bought a king, and the measurements listed are accurate, so it is long enough to cover the sheets and blankets on the sides of the bed where they hang down past the mattress. The quilt is also long enough to tuck under and fold over the pillows, like a bedspread, so you can use it without the king size shams. Not shown in the photos is a corded piping that runs vertically from top to bottom on the left and right edges of the quilt top, a few inches in from the edge of the top of the mattress. I find this helps me tell which is the top and bottom versus the sides when I place the quilt on the bed. Quality control is not great, though, because there are multiple places on the quilt top where the stitching is loose, interrupted, or the top thread was not caught and secured by the bottom thread. Since the design and colors were just what I was looking for, and I sew, I have decided to keep this (I have the feeling that if I exchanged it, they all have the same issue), and I can fix any of the stitching imperfections if needed. If I had not purchased this on sale, and for less than I have seen it elsewhere, I might have returned it.

Bummed out it looked so pretty online, We opened it up a what a shock . Not pretty at all Colors where totally off and the design looked like it was just slapped on and the colors looked like flat crayon coloring ok stead of weaved in the mateial !! Brought both back! Online buying can be a pain especially for colors and textures, it's a pain, but you got to order it and then THE surprise comes it's either YEAH or neighbor! The gamble is up to yourself! I love your items and have ordered several things and really enjoyed them. This really isn't your fault it's the online pictures! Thank You Anyway. I'll still be an online shopper with you!
