I spent a lot of time shopping for watches and finally landed on the fossil sport. I went with the smaller version to save some money and have a slightly smaller watch. It takes a lot of getting use to but so far I really enjoy it. There have been a few times where it lagged but that's just Android. Battery seems to be good so far. The screen is very good. The strap is an excellent material but it's way too small. Makes the watch look huge. I replaced the band with a resin Casio band with stepped shoulders just to keep it from looking goofy. I really wish fossil had more options for 18mm bands that weren't "women's.". Other than that I wear it as often as possible!
This watch is very light and very smooth to wear. It was super easy to set up, it had a few glitches at the start but that was on my end - phone needed an update. I have the google pixel 3 and it works seamlessly! I had a Fitbit Versa prior and it constantly lost Bluetooth connection and it drove me crazy. Also - a bonus for this watch for me is when its very low on battery it still functions as a watch, it'll tell the time for A LONG time prior to it actually turning off. The only thing I'm not a 100% on is the watchband, I really wish there was an integrated band that didn't have the hangover on the outside but on the inside. Otherwise the watch is great, and I got it for a great price - even had my sister buy one too! I would def purchase it again.
This watch is so easy to use and set-up because of the Wear OS! I like that the bands are easy to change out. The charger is magnetic so it's easy to place and secure my watch to it. Charging is simple and fast. I love that the watch has a low profile and diameter. This watch is MUCH better than the TicWatch. The only complaint is that the bezel of the watch needs to be better protected as it scratches easy.
Nice watch, but had connectivity issues. Was told it was a defective watch so it was returned. Tried to order another watch, but promo code I used was expired & customer service would not accommodate me. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will not shop with fossil again
I have no issue with the battery as it lasts about one day. Though one problem with it is I have to keep reconnecting it to my phone, even though it's in my pocket the whole day. It has a pretty durable screen and body. It runs very smoothly but sometimes can severely lag. Overall it's good for what its worth.
Happy with hardware but disappointed with software support

The watch itself is nice and was a welcome upgrade from my Ticwatch E. It is very light - I will sometimes have to check to make sure I am still wearing it when wearing long sleeves - and the design is nice in my opinion. The fact that is has NFC is a plus for Google Pay. Where the watch has disappointed me is with Fossil's software support for it. The watch is still on Oreo 8.1 and has not received the Wear OS version H (essentially Android Pie) update that was released in November 2018. This is disappointing to see and will make me think about going with a different brand next time that will support the watch's system OS for longer. Overall a decent buy but I will be eager to replace it in a year or two, or until a nice deal appears.
Bought 2 of these for my tweens - they don't have phones and these are paired with their tablets. Had to exchange one of them due to battery issue (draining excessively fast and taking forever to charge). The replacement works fine. They have been wearing it to school and this does a pretty good job at tracking their activities, steps etc. The WearOS/Google Fit combo meets our requirements. I was able to see how my son did during his PE class (Google Fit figured out that he was active and recorded data). We don't wear these to bed, so the battery life is sufficient at best. Using apps that need wi-fi will definitely reduce the battery life further. The UI is not the fastest, but meets their needs.
