I’ve had to be gluten free for over 10 years and TBH I gave up on pizza until now. I tried making the crust, buying a GF crust and all sorts of frozen ones. There is another brand out there thats ok but this is so good that other family members prefer it. I did lower the temp from 425 to 400 and used a stone and it makes a softer chewier crust

Expected another half hearted gluten free crust. This was really tasty, with a nice amount of sauce and cheese. I doctored a little with fresh oregano, spices, and mozz cheese, which blended nicely. Definitely a good gluten free pizza.
