Cold does not last and feel weird not soft more like you are sitting on an inflatable floater.

Horrible - they don’t stay cold, and the absorbency is nonexistent. Get the regular pads!

Would never buy again. I would have been better off buying ice packs or making my own. The pads don’t get cold enough or last for 2 minutes. The instructions don’t give the results that it says in the steps.

These get a lot colder than the hospital version. Definitely a must have post partum

They were kinda thick and didn’t get too cold and they get warm kind of fast. They weren’t too cold on the area either. Quicker and dryer than the hospital made ice packs They are fine absorbency wise

I was not impressed with these; they were cold significantly less time than the ones I got from the hospital. Additionally, the adhesive stuck to my underwear so strongly that I ended up having to throw the underwear away.

Just doesn’t get cold

I was excited to use these for relief post Bartholin cyst/abscess procedure. Unfortunately, I don't feel any cold nor relief from this product. However, the extra padding is comfortable to sleep in. I tried 2 pads thinking I did something incorrectly, but both have not worked to my liking.

Wish I had these for my first pregnancy, but was glad to have them for my second. So easy and fast, great in a pinch! Won't last as long as a true ice pack but provides much-needed relief quickly.

Way easier for me, especially postpartum and have been a lifesaver. Nice cooling last a decent while and aboard a good amount. Easy to use.

This was a godsend for my relative battling cancer. She was able to utilize these Frida pads for her radiation burns. We are very thankful she was able to turn to the Frida company for their exceptional product

Very bulky, doesn’t get cool enough for long enough, and when used on its own it got stuck to my skin

First-time mom with a 2nd degree tear - and let me tell you, these packs were lifesavers. It's very similar to what the hospital gave out, but the reason I bought these instead of the cheaper no-name ones is that these have a little sticky tape on the back that helps stick to your underwear so it doesn't shift as you move around. That sounds like it's not a big deal, but when you're also actively bleeding a lot, this is a critical piece of information. I literally bought 3 additional packs and used every single one.

These would’ve been great had it not sprung a leak after wearing for 30 minutes. I ended up with a chemical burn on my 3rd degree tear… beware.

These are way too bulky, don’t get very cold, or stay remotely cold for long. It felt like sitting on a lumpy bag of melting ice.
