I debated buying one of these because I knew the hospital would give me one, but I ended up buying it anyway.. LET ME TELL YOU the hospital one works yes, but the angle and pressure of this one just feels better and cleaner after all the stuff that goes on down there. PLUS I used this one and the hospital one as my back up in case I forgot to fill this one back up after using it. So basically I kept two full at all times, win win.

Many people had recommended this for postpartum and I am SO glad I got it. This was definitely my most used postpartum item, and I couldn’t have survived without one. The hospital did provide me with one, but this one is SO much better and will definitely make using the bathroom after birth much easier. My birth doula suggested I get this peribottle and I’m so glad I did. I forgot to pack it in the hospital bag and so had to use the one the L&D nurse gave me but, I’m glad that happened because I could experience the difference between the two. I loved my Frida one so much that I bought one for my sister in law who is having a baby this winter!

I have a FridaMom Peri bottle that I bought randomly (I wasn't pregnant at the time) maybe 6 years ago. That bottle is great I still have it it works wonderfully. I recently bought a new bottle, as I just welcomed a new baby into the world. The spout doesn't stay up, it keeps falling down into the bottle when it's in use. My old bottle is fabulous, the spout stays in place until either slide it up or down. Sad to see this decline in quality.
