Started taking this a while a go. Really helps with my digestion, especially after a big or indulgent meal but helps everyday too. Never feel bloated, or uncomfortable after eating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Title says it. I had my husband try the sample, and he noticed no difference in digestion. The lactase didn't benefit him since he isn't lactose intolerant. He really wasn't excited to take these.

These were right in the sweet spot. Felt quite a bit gassy that first two days, but after it was smooth sailing. Haven't felt bloated once since taking these and have the peace of mind with a great product.

I felt that I was getting my daily values and probiotics in one shot. overall I'd highly recommend this to anyone trying to cut down on the amount of pills you take daily!
