I really enjoyed this product the first time I purchased it but this review is specifically for anyone that buys it. Check the expiration date AND make sure that the product is actually INSIDE the canister. I went to buy this today and when I opened it it was empty. I did Drive-Up so I had no way of knowing it was empty until I got home. I knew it felt light as soon as I held it in my hands. Also, it expires 8/2023 and it’s currently August…I’m sure some people don’t mind but just an FYI. Who knows what happened to the bottle.

It did not make me sleepy, instead it gave me anxiety. Woke up feeling overwhelmed and not myself, with a bit of stomach ache. Such a horrible feeling. Took once and will not take again.

For something to help me sleep, it doesn't help me sleep more than 4 hours. I was able to sleep for close to 7 hours with zzquil but with this one I only slept for 4 and couldn't go back to sleep. This also does not help with my feeling bloated.

I’m glad this works for some people.. but this is by far the worst digestive enzyme and probiotic I’ve ever tried. I have stomach pains all night and day from it. I’m typically a very sound sleeper, but I do not sleep when I take these. I lay awake or have horrible dreams and am in and out of consciousness. These are straight up- horrible.

The effect is fairly mild, but it is enough to usually make me groggy and start the process of going to sleep. I love that Friska also contains a probiotic so it has many benefits.

I knew I had to try it. I wake feeling refreshed from a good night sleep, and my digestion has definitely improved due to better food breakdown. I used to take a chamomile supplement to sleep better at night, but this product has added benefits, which I’m enjoying more and seeing improvement in my health.

It helps me fall asleep easily, I don't toss and turn as much at night. I love that I wake up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated in the morning. It definitely helps aid with digestion if you have a late night snack before bed and keeps from causing stomach upset. I definitely would recommend this item as well as continuing to purchase in the future.

I prefer to stay away from prescriptions and go more natural so these fit that well. Pills were easy to swallow, no upset stomach or anything else adverse. While they don’t knock me out, they do help me get to the point where I can doze off easily. I love the fact they come with probiotics too as I am a huge believer in healthy gut healthy overall. I’m on my second package now and would recommend.
