I know some people found them mushy, however I microwaved 2 packs for about 7 minutes on high and then they were still slightly frozen in the center, but I was able to break the rest apart and then added it to chunky sauce. You can’t overwork or overcook these noods because they can break apart. Even slightly frozen they just needed a few minutes in sauce and it was perfect!

This turned into absolute mush. I microwaved it because I was in my lunch break and thought it'd be quick and easy. I added some butter, brown sugar, and seasonings in it and it's just all clumped and mushed together. It's fine as a side dish though!! Just not in it's noodle form. Maybe I just got a bad bag? Or just shouldn't microwave it lol.

This is my first time leaving a review on target. I eat squash noodles all the time and these were absolutely gross. The texture was terrible and the taste was very strange. Stick with jolly green giants butternut squash noodles! I wouldn’t even buy these again even in a pinch.
