Prefer the Non-Seasonal Variety
The gingerbread one tastes somehow like an exclusively clove flavor meets old man aftershave. Chocolate peppermint tasted sort of like a stale Christmas cookie—not bad, not great. Pistachio tasted same as their non-holiday one. Dark chocolate was fine. Salted caramel reminded me of bad cough syrup. I still like the non-seasonal variety box. While I applaud them trying to make this work as a holiday offering, I wish they’d kept it simple with maybe Vanilla, a Cranberry, or maybe done some simple decoration on them or seasonal shape instead of these flavors. If you’re considering these for holiday get-togethers, I’d do their non-seasonal box to mix in with your holiday cookies.

Almosy perfect
All of the flavors were good except the salted caramel. It had a nasty metallic taste. My other complaint is that the “brown” flavors are so hard to tell apart from each other because they are so similar in color. Other than that, they were really tasty and I’d buy again!

I have boujee kids and they liked every single flavor. They actually couldn’t wait for them to thaw out. For the price and how many macrons you get, this is a really good deal! Personally, I liked all the flavors and the gingerbread flavor wasn’t too gingery to me.

BEWARE THE GINGERBREAD
All of the flavours were really nice. Except for the gingerbread. BEWARE!!! The gingerbread is PURE ginger no bread. As someone who bakes, who knows what gingerbread tastes like, this one was like eating a straight inch of ginger. I couldn’t finish them.

Was just okay. Stay away from the salted caramel
They where so so. Salted caramel is definitely stay away from!! Tasted horrible, I couldn't finish and spit it out . The rest just tasted like the peppermint flavor due to the the chocolate peppermint was so strong it overwhelmed the rest.

Good, Salted Caramel flavor horrible
All of the flavors were pretty good EXCEPT the salted caramel. It tasted like straight up metal/blood, I thought my mouth was bleeding for a second. Definitely a good value for amount you get, but that flavor really ruins it. It says to thaw in fridge for 4 hours but I have set mine out on the counter for about an hour and they’re fine!

I bought these last minute for a tennis party and assumed that all of the positive reviews had to be written by people who’d never had a good macaron. How could super cheap frozen Target macarons possibly be good?! Well, they are! Like, REALLY good. They were a huge hit at the party and my husband and I finished the second box afterward. Both of us liked all of the flavors but especially the gingerbread. I generally don’t care for gingerbread but these actually tasted like fresh ginger. I seriously cannot get over how great these are. They’re super sweet so I actually appreciate that they’re on the smaller side. And only 50 calories each. One is absolutely enough to cure a sugar craving. I’ll definitely be buying more to keep in the freezer for future events or just to snack on at home.

Surprisingly much better than expected
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t realize these came frozen and I actually liked them better this way. They were a little chewier than the normal macarons that I have eaten which didn’t have that crispy outer shell. For 18 the price point is excellent and the variety is awesome!
