Very nicely arranged and illustrated. Flexibility is defined and made relevant to various circumstances. You are able to choose your "plan" and follow verbal descriptions with photos. Helped me overcome my sciatic pain from over training. Nice addition to my fitness knowledge and routines.see moreof the reviewer's review
