Really loved the colors/look of these blocks. Feels like a good basic one to have. Ended up upgrading to heavier cork blocks (more as a personal preference), but these were a great starter - lightweight, hold their shape, cute and colorful.

I bought this same item over a year ago. I wanted a matching one of the same height, width, and thickness. I asked for too much. The newer one is a good 1/4 to 3/4 an inch smaller, depending on where you are measuring from. I purchased this item trusting Gaiam to be consistant in their product. They are not.

Spend the extra few dollars and get a cork one. This block has chunks missing out of it from pretty light usage. The cork is also more sustainable.

As the headline says - these yoga blocks are a bit light in weight/heft, but they do what they need to do. Definitely not the best blocks I've used in yoga studios, but good value for home workouts. The foam is a bit squishier than I would like, but I'd buy again.
