Storage: Keep frozen.
Directions: Prepare me! Saute from Frozen: heat 1/2 tbsp of vegetable oil in non-stick pan over medium heat. Place frozen meatless meatloaf slices in pan, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and hot throughout. Let stand 1 minute and serve. Microwave: (1000 W Microwave): Place frozen meatless meatloaf slices on microwave safe plate. Cook for 2-1/2 to 3 minutes on high turning half way through, cook until hot throughout (microwave times may vary). Let stand 1 minutes and serve. Gravy: Place in a bowl of hot water for 3 minutes to defrost. Cut open and pour in microwave safe dish. Heat for 30-45 seconds, stir and cook for another 30 seconds. Tip: Do not overcook. Cook until internal temperature reaches minimum of 160 degrees F.
