The texture and taste was great! I added fresh bell pepper, fresh garlic, fresh diced onion, and salt-free southwestern seasoning. I used the mixture to fill street tacos. They were yummy.

These vegan beef crumbles are absolutely amazing. They come in a resealable frozen package and you can cook as much or as little as you like. As someone who isn’t a vegan, I really enjoyed the flavor and texture, and was extremely similar to ground beef! I made tacos with them and my husband LOVED it! The product is a bit expensive but worth it!

I cooked this tonight in some vegetable butter, with homemade taco seasoning, liquid smoke, and just a splash of water to keep it juicy. It turned out so perfect, especially a nice drizzle of fresh lime, grated Chao “cheese,” and some fresh cilantro on top! I recommend this product, also today and can't wait to try it now!

I’m vegetarian and this is my favourite for chilli, tacos, burritos, pretty much anything. Add taco seasoning to it and you would never know it wasn’t real meat. I’m a huge advocate for this brand.

This is one of those things that I buy every grocery shop, I use it as a vegetarian base for Bolognese sauce with pasta, I use it for tacos or taco style salads, I’ve even made a great veggie Shepard’s pie with it. It’s got a good neutral flavour that I can dress how I like, the consistency is really good and it maintains a good chewiness similar to actual meat.

Finding meat alternatives that don’t have specific non-meat flavours can be tricky, I find this beefless ground to maintain a good texture during the cooking process to make it a great replacement for ground beef in most recipes. Obviously you need to compensate for the lack of fat but that’s an easy obstacle to overcome.

I have used this in so many recipes as a great substitute for ground beef. I have most recently used it in tacos and pasta sauces. I love the smokier flavour and the texture is much nicer than beef. I love crisping it up and crumbling it on salads as well!

I did not like the chewy texture and found I had to burn these grounds for them to not have an unpleasant feel in my mouth. I though the flavour was good, but I would not purchase again considering the price. High is protein, though.
