Seems like a good product, but doesn’t work on my baby fine, high porosity, curly hair. Too heavy even if I use just a tiny bit. I tried it three times as a rinse out, and once as a leave in, before giving it to a friend with medium coarse low porosity hair. Worked well for her.

I have dye-free, healthy hair. Part fine and lightly wavy, part coarse and wavy/curly. None of my hair likes this. It always feels like there's a film left and it creates a lot of frizz. The upside is it smells good, so I mix it with a silicone conditioner that works so I can use it up. Sticking with silicone. My hair just doesn't like all natural. If yours does, this smells great.

I don't understand the hoopla around this product. I purchased the Smoothing Avocado and I absolutely hate it! The product label says you can use it as a leave in, so that's the route I tried. It was really difficult getting it through towel dried hair. It was like trying to get putty through my hair. The product left my hair feeling weighed down with a weird residue nasty to the touch. I can't wait to wash this stuff out of my hair! I will just go back to my trusted Garnier Whole Blends 5 in 1 Curl Conditioner: Royal Hibiscus & Shea Butter (as a leave in) which always leaves my natural curl and waves feeling hydrated, extremely soft, shiny and healthy.
