Not so golden
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The whole process of applying it wax so simple and easy and so fast. The rinsing took a minute. The moisturizing conditioner was a nice touch. And one thing I’ll say is that it was my first time seeing leave in oil on a hair color box. A good addition because the hair was a bit dry after the last rinse with the moisturizing conditioner. I do wish that the color was a little bit more vibrant. The color shows it’s just that I wish that it was more vibrant, more deep. The color does stain though. The color theme in my house is white blue and grey or silver and everything that I have that is white that has been touched by the application was stained, it’s still hard to get them out. I’m talking about the bathtub, the sink, the table, all stained.

Not the gloss I was hoping for
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I probably should have picked a different color because I can hardly tell a difference in the color that I picked. I picked CR4 which is glossy dark brown and I have jet black hair. I also wish that I would’ve had someone do it for me instead of doing it by myself because I think that may have gotten better results also. I also was expecting it to be more glossy almost like the girl on the box, but I don’t think it was. But I love the smell of the living conditioner and the consistency of the. Conditioner. I have another box and so I’ll try again in a few weeks.

Doesn’t leave your hair dry or brittle
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used this hair dye before i got my braids and this is the only dye i use. it doesn’t leave my hair feelings dry or brittle. It doesn’t have a strong smell either. after dying my hair it lasted a good 4-5 months! It came with detailed instructions for the newbies.

Does what it says... especially for my silver foxe
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My hair was about 30% gray and the rest dark brown with auburn tips...this dye did a great job of covering it all! It was easy to apply and saturated every curl. The instructions were simple. I used hair grease as a barrier for my skin. Even with it accidentally getting on my skin, a little rubbing alcohol took it right off..it did stain one of my fingernails and 24 hours later it's still there. For that reason, I wish the gloves were a bit thicker and stretchier. After applying the dye and covering with a plastic cap for 30 min, I rinsed in the shower and to my surprise there was no staining of my tile. I was very happy about that...I love the slip that the conditioner gave my hair after only leaving in for 5 minutes ...detangling was extremely easy. After rinsing and lightly towel drying, I applied the included leave in oil which contains argan and coconut oils. Overall my hair is shiny, black and well moisturized. My curls pop even more now!

Out with the dull, in with the shine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] About me: 4b/4c natural hair texture. My hair color is typically dull and makes my hair look dry even when it’s not. Review: This was very easy to use and apply! I was able to use one box for my whole head. As you can see, my hair isn’t super long, but it is thick. This is a glaze that’s supposed to enhance your color and curls. Would I buy? Maybe. I have to see how long the glaze lasts and impacts my hair. It comes with the developer, color, conditioner and oil that you put in your hair. For this to be a product for curly girls, I do think they should include more oil. The little plastic pack is not enough for proper application throughout the head. I typically wear extensions so I’m hoping the glaze helps to match my natural hair luster to the luster of my extensions. So far I do like it, but the color I got did leave my hair with a little red undertone in the front (think #4 in weaving color). So I hope it all looks cohesive when I’m out in the sun.

Rich Glossy Hair
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Application was low-stress. Section, apply, and it saturates FAST. The texture was very creamy but not too thick. Super easy to spread through my curls, it actually glides through your hair instead of fighting your hair. It coats every strand without feeling heavy or clumpy. It smells like hair dye but softer, way less harsh chemical smell than traditional dyes. No ammonia so I didn’t get that burning/tingling feeling. It felt pretty gentle overall. 2 week update: roots and hair still has a nice glossy color with no fading.

Is that much easier with a simple ABCD steps I love the thick consistency of the dye and had no staining whatsoever on my skin or my clothes with no irritation to my scalp and or hair !
