This all-in-1 micellar cleansing water is a facial cleanser and makeup remover that is surprisingly powerful, yet gentle on skin. This micellar water face wash for all skin types effectively cleanses, removes makeup, and refreshes skin. Like a magnet, micelles capture and lift away dirt, oil and makeup without harsh rubbing. This face cleanser makeup remover for normal skin cleanses to remove makeup and leaves skin with a matte and natural finish with no greasy residue. Garnier micellar water is gentle on skin and can be used as an eye makeup remover. This gentle cleanser is approved by Cruelty-Free International, vegan, oil-free, paraben-free, fragrance-free, sulfate-free and silicone-free. Suitable for all skin types, even sensitive.
Instructions: Pour onto cotton pad until fully saturated. Gently wipe pad across face to cleanse and remove face makeup. To remove eye makeup, hold pad over closed eyelids for a few seconds, then gently wipe away. Use daily. No need to rinse.

Honestly didn’t purchase sooner because I thought it was just another overhyped product. But saw something about how great it was for peeling skin, and I honestly love it. Got all my peeling sunburnt skin off with one use, and did not break me out. Which is saying a lot coming from somebody who breaks out from pretty much any new product. I don’t really wear makeup so can’t attest to how well it does for that but I’d assume it’s perfect for that too. Definitely recommend, even for sensitive skin!!

This formula is amazing! Not only does it risky remove foundation (Estee Lauder/Dior long wear) and long wear lipliner/eyeliner, lip stains etc. from your face with no tugging or dryness - but it will take these same products out of fabrics, upholstery and carpet like magic. Just put a little on a cotton round or cloth and blot!
