Item is terrible, after about 1 year the power strip says it’s “surge protection” fails and as a “safety precaution” will stop supplying power to preorder your devices. So get ready to purchase this item yearly. Even the sticker on the back says that when this happens “ it’s time to purchase a new GE surge protector strip” No thanks I’ll get a brand that lasts longer than a year.

Just what I needed. Sleet looking surge protectors and easy to hide behind furniture. I plug all my chargers for my phone, watch, laptop, lamp and headphones. The cord was a bit short however I didn’t want a long cord and deal with clutter.

The GE surge protector is exactly what I needed and the right amount of protection. I use it to connect around system. I've had my system for over 30 years and it has several parts that need power. There is the receiver, turntable, cassette and compact disc (cd); they each need power and protection. I was able to power them all with the surge protector. It was just what I needed.
