We just purchased this remote so I will update if anything changes or there is pertinent information about the remote or how it functions. First off I will list our devices and why we need a universal remote. TV - less than a year old TCL with roku operating system. Audio - 3-4 year old Samsung soun...  see moreof JoeXU08's review

I have had this remote for about a year and when my blue ray player remote died I tried to add that too. It will turn it on and that's it, won't even play the movie. I ended up buying another oem blueray remote. For the tv I can do the very basics, change the input, turn it on and change the volume ...  see moreof Tmh's review

Nothing can be done on this without hitting shift. Once you hit shift then the red power light keeps blinking. I've got enough headaches in my life. I don't need to spend more than 5 minutes setting this up.  see moreof Liz's review

Instructions could be better. The shift button is very important on this clicker; you have to shift before you can get access to a lot of functions. I'm pretty technical so I'm figuring it out as I go along. Someone else might have given up already  see moreof Liza's review

Wasted one hour of my life trying to figure it out, to no avail. I will be returning it tomorrow. It's advertised as having two app buttons that should control smart TV apps (such as Netflix). Guess what? it doesn't work. They instructions are useless and void of pertinent info. Believe the negative reviews. Very limited functionality. For example, I have a Sony Blu-Ray- pretty standard device- there is no chapter search- in fact you can't even move through the menu options (like "Play" "Extras" "Settings"). So as long as you just want to turn stuff on and off you will be f...  see moreof DrG's review
