Use the tips & visuals in this guide to make taking your child's body measurements easy-peasy.

Don’t have a fabric tape measure? Use a shoelace or pant leg to measure. Then, lay it flat & use a ruler or tape measure to get a numerical measurement.

How to measure

  • Height

    Standing with feet together and back to a wall. Measure from floor to the top of the head.

  • Chest

    Have your child make airplane arms. Wrap tape measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping it level & snug.

  • Waist

    With your child bending to one side, measure the point where the waist flexes naturally. Keep the tape level & comfortably loose.

  • Hip

    Have your child stand like a tall tree with feet together. Measure a level line around the fullest part of the hips & seat.

  • Inseam

    Take a pair of pants that fit your child well. Measure along the seam from crotch to leg opening.

We've been using the Smoothie pro for 2 1/2 weeks now for our newborn. After the Pedi switcher her 5 different times due to excessive crying, really bad colics and fussiness. We are hery grateful this formula worked within 24-48 hrs. We love it and Thank you very much. This formula is the best and finally our newborn is sleeping the way she is supposed too. This was the 2nd Gerber formula we tried once my EBF baby became EFF. He loved this just as much as the good start pro! This helped with his milk allergy as well as his colic and horrible acid reflux Tremendously and I recommend this product to every new mom struggling with colic, small milk allergies and acid reflux. Gerber is a life line in our home!

After the shortage began; I was in a mega panic. I sobbed every night thinking I would never find another formula comparable to Similac Pro total comfort. After tons of hrs of studying the ingredients, I came across Gerber Soothe Pro. It TOO has the whey protein base that the Total Comfort had. With a little one with a sensitive tummy to milk , this is important! I took the risk and ordered a can. It arrived in impeccable timing. (2 days) I immediately tried it out and I was blown away! It worked! He’s a happy baby! Had no problem switching him over . Honestly I think he likes it better that the similac pro total comfort. No gas, no fussiness. It’s like the switch never happened. I’m so happy that I’m not switching back!! I hope this review helps anyone with a baby on similac pro total comfort formula . Just try it out!! It has changed my baby for the best!

My son, who is now five, didn’t switch to formula until he was seven months old. We used one that came highly recommended, and we never had any issues. So, when my daughter had to switch to formula at two weeks due to my body not producing milk, we went back to the one we knew. Big mistake! She became so constipated that it would be two to three days between poops for her. When she finally would poop, she would scream and cry from the pain of getting the rock-like BM out of her body. I felt absolutely awful as a mom. Everyone said give her body a week or two to adjust, but my mom gut knew she needed to be on something else. I went back and forth between this formula and another, and I am SO HAPPY I chose this one. Within twenty-four hours, she was a different baby! Now, almost three months later, she poops two-four times a day, is not in pain, passes gas easily, and is content. I wish I could find this more easily with the shortage, but I will do whatever it takes to make sure she stays on it!

I am supplementing and My son is only 3 months old i changed his milk atleast five times before trying soothe pro when he was almost a full month old. It's a perfect alternate between my breastfeeding. I love this formula so much the other milks hurt his tummy and he would cry after every feeding and during every bowel movement. Our first day trying soothe pro my baby made a complete change it.... was darn near instant! I am so happy with Gerber for this soothe pro I finally found our match.I'm locked in till he's out of the formula stage...sincerely a very satisfied baby and customer .
