I love that Gerber has come out with a natural line of baby food and this sweet potato was nothing short of a treat for my son. He loved it and I didn't feel bad about giving it to him. Yes, I tried it and it wasn't bad at all! Nice consistency and it didn't taste stale or old.

Before serving I tasted it myself. Yes, it tasted just like sweet potatoes in the most natural state you want for your baby. I add a sprinkle of infant cereal to all jar foods I offer to help with consistency. My little girl loved her sweet potatoes from the first bite to the last.

A friend suggested to try Gerber Natural 1st Foods. We tried the sweet potato. Our baby liked it. No fuss while eating. Obviously as she is just into solids she didn't eat a whole lot, but she seemed to like the taste and texture. It is a smooth puree but still having some texture to it. Our baby didn't have diaper problems after having this, so overall we are satisfied. Will try other flavors now.

She loves sweet potatoes alot and I feel better knowing I'm giving her something with healthier benefits. The puree type consistency of the food makes it more enjoyable it seems and it's not as runny as I can remember baby food being. I feel more confident feeding jar baby food now than I did years ago with the brands process and understanding of metals in foods. My little one enjoys Gerber Naturals and I enjoy giving her something organic and tasty.

I am so happy to give my baby something where I know exactly what is in it. The entire jar was almost ate in one sitting by my baby she just loved it. I saved the rest for another meal, loved the resealable jar for less waste. I have continued buying this product and it is my go to. My little one didn't even make a face over tasting it just kept coming back for more. I even tasted it and just like sweet potato no funny or nasty taste.
