Q: Hello, Do these work better if the bottle is refrigerated?

A: The drops should be stored in a cool, dry place between 36°F and 77°F. You'll want to shake it well for 10 seconds before each use. To dispense, tilt the bottle to a 45-degree angle to slowly form a drop. The mark indicating the air vent in the dropper opening must be facing upward for easier dosing. My babe has been spitting up with reflux since she was born. I'm kicking myself for just now getting these. I got a sample of it and it worked great. I told our pediatrician how the spitting up stopped with these and he said it wasn't because of the probiotics. We stopped using and the spit up started again, started using these again and the spit up is reduced by 90% at least in a day! Needless to say I switched pediatricians and kept these drops.

These work fine but at the end of the supply (while there is still some left) it just stops dispensing them. It also becomes difficult to tell where the vent is to dispense them properly.

Holy grail ! I tried so many different probiotic brands and these worked best for my baby baby who struggled with constipation and daily bowel movements. My baby faithfully goes everyday and I am consistent in making sure he takes them daily. Yes, the drops are difficult to come out , but it’s a safety precaution . Make sure you shake them well and tilt on the line the bottle provides for easier distribution . Read the directions carefully. Hope this helps!

Helped a little bit, but if you’re breastfeeding and baby is having issues, consider completely eliminating dairy from your diet. These drops helped a little bit, but cutting out dairy is where we saw a difference (it can take 8-10 weeks to see an improvement in baby unfortunately). Wish I cut it out waaaaay earlier
