Spend your money on a better set. Like other posters, I've had two knives snap off at the handle, one while chopping an onion. Pure junk. Not worth the money. SIx months in and I'm looking for a replacement.  see moreof roosmom's review

It has been only a year and a half, and so far the two paring knives have broken (the blades snapped right off the handle, the one broke while simply chopping carrots), and the scissors have broken now as well.
