Cute dress, accurate on size, and seems to be good quality.

This would be cute if it was cut differently. My daughter is a petite 12 year old and the size 12 was too low and too short. We thought maybe we could sew the straps up, but it would have been too short. The size 14 was the same and too wide on her.

So so cute BUT it runs small. It would be a 5 star if sizing was correct.

the only size left online was size 9 or bigger, my daughter is currently in a 7/8 so I ordered the 9 thinking id save it for next Summer but then I read the reviews saying they run super small. This is very true because the 9 fits her great other than the neck strap being too long and my daughter's nipped were practically showing. I added another button and now the dress fits perfectly.

Cute but sizing is off. This would fit more like a tunic if that.

Runs a little smaller

My daughter & I waited eagerly for the Target Love Shack Fancy collab to shop back to school for my 6-year-old granddaughter. My granddaughter wears a 7/8 all day long clothes purchased from Target, Wal-Mart, Dillards and a few online merchants. Most of the items we decided to get size 10, she could grow into them, the skirt and dress would be longer for her. For context she is 98% in height and 90% in weight, she is built like an athlete with long limbs. So, we get the little blue flowered halter dress in size 10. It fit but with 1 wash and dryer cycle it would not. My daughter goes to Target and exchanges for size 12. Home again only to find it too is barely any bigger than the size 10. Instead of going back & forth with exchanges we get a size 16, yes 16. This is going to be too big, but we can deal with too big better than too small. Back home my daughter can’t believe the size 16 is hardly any bigger. I’m attaching photos, the difference between a size 10 and a size 16 is 1” larger across the chest and 2” longer. Yes, you read this correctly. The reason for this review; I would like to know when we started targeting 6-year-olds to size shame them? Because there were tears involved as these try on sessions kept having her favorite dress not fit. Women from teenagers on up continue to be body shamed but now first graders are fair game? If it were not for my granddaughter loving this entire collection it would all be returned every single piece including the pencils. Target choose your collaboration partners more carefully; verify they have a more realistic idea of sizing. And we have many, many other options for future purchases should this be our experience again.

Ridiculously small. My 11 year old needs a size 16 and it’s still short. The sizing is way off. I Ordered my 8 year old a 9 and it looks like a toddler dress.

Cute dress but runs really small. I ordered my seven year-old a size 8. I had to return it back to the store and order her a size 10, which I think fits perfectly but there’s no wiggle room to grow into the dress is a little see-through so she’s going to wear some shorts underneath. The tie has a little elastic and a button on the back and unfortunately, it’s not adjustable.

I woke up in the middle of the night to get this dress for my daughter and the 16 would fit a 7 year old. So upset.

Beautiful detail and design. But very short on bottom and long in the straps up top, not adjustable.

Ordered size 16, however it is not true to size, this size fit is more like a 10/12, more on the size 10 side... it doesn't fit my 12 year old

Comically small. My tall and skinny 11 year old could barely the sz 12 on, and it was the length of a shirt.

I am usually a size small in women’s and I can get usually get away with a size 16 in girls. The size 16 is more like a size 10-12 in girls and thus was way too small.

My daughter is 13, got size 16 and it fit perfect with a bit of room. Love that it’s 100% cotton, beautiful detailing. Perfect length and summer dress without paying LSF store prices. Highly recommend.
