Q: Can you adjust the waist size if you wanted to.. My daughter can fit a kids girl 8 in clothing but the pants and short waist is to big.

These aren’t the same as last year. They are smaller now. My daughter wore a S last year and they are a bit tight so we wanted to get a M. We bought a M and she can hardly get them on. So the M this year are smaller than the S last year?
