The lid won't stay closed - it's either warped or misaligned. When it rains, we need to use a weight to hold it in the closed position so the chair cushions we store inside remain dry. Not the best quality item for our money.

Great product, easy to build.

Horrible product came missing pieces and manual end up breaking it because once assembled can't unassembled.

Let me start off my saying the thing is pretty sturdy and easy to put together. It would be a fantastic unit except for the EPIC failure that is the bottom. Seriously, I thought it was a joke at first. Solid sides and lid. But then the bottom is nothing but a piece of corrugated plastic junk that is attached with some screws along the edge and sits like 1.5" off the ground?!?! You put anything that weighs more than a pund or two in the middle and the bottom will rip away from the screws and collapse. The corrogated plastic wouldnt have been so bad if they provided some kind of grid or honeycomb-like frame/spacer below it so that it wasnt hanging in the air like a cardboard bridge. Geez. First, someone engineered the horrible design and then it was actually approved. Crazy. Avoid this unless youre planning on storing pillows, or building your own floor support frame out of wood or something.

The bottom isn’t as sturdy as the sides. Wish it were the same material as everything else. Besides that, it was very easy to put together and has a lot of room for storage. I like that it can be sat on as well.

I don't consider myself particularly handy, but I put this together in two or three hours with just a little help from my kids. It's true that the bottom is made of very thin material, but it's not cardboard...more like ... plastic board? Anyway, this box is exactly what I needed for a decent price. The only thing that could make it better is if it were made of recylced plastic or wood.

Not worth the money! Cheap plastic parts. I managed to get it assembled but it still seems to flimsy. Overpriced for what it is.

not built wrght , keeps falling apart , clips wont stau in place ,, if i could i would return it .. i hope it dont leak water

I didn't find this to be if as good quality as sone I have seen . pretty easy to put together, but material is very thin. it says a 250 lb person can sit on it, but I wouldn't want to try it . I'd either have an injured guest, broken box or both . probably not a good idea to order this item online but it was thr only way it was available. this is one of those items you should see what you are getting as far as quality

The product didn’t come with any instructions and it was missing a cap that covers the end of one side.

This would have been great, except the bottom panel is nothing more than higher grade cardboard. The top and all 4 sides are hard plastic and then the bottom, where it’s most likely to get wet, sit in dirt/grass, or be by bugs/critters is nothing more than fancy cardboard. Why would they do this!?! Took me about 2 hours to put together by myself. All you needed was a screwdriver, and if you had it a rubber mallet was helpful. I’ve purchased other outdoor storage containers and the bottom was the same hard plastic-not cardboard! I’m disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this box simply because of the bottom panel.

we liked how quickly we received our order and the packaging was very cared for. the product is just what we needed very strong and sturdy easy to put together

I love this. I don't have to bring the cushions in and out every time we use. I bring them out at the beginning of Summer and bring them in during the Fall. Repeat next year :-)

Customer service is useless, They will tell you anything to get you off the phone. The chest is cheap and poorly made. It comes with no instructions, so everything Is guess work. They ask you not to return to the store, but don’t pay attention to them. If it doesn’t work for you, rush it back. Their website is useless. It only advertises their other products. Beware!!

the price is good, it is not too heavy. I don't have enough space in my apartment I use it as storage and design in my balcony

Super easy to put together. Did it myself in a little less than half an hour. It looks good and it's a great value for the size.

Cheap! one of the end panels broke while putting it together! very disappointing. The PRP panel cracked very badly. See photo. I was just using my hands! no mallet or anything.

Great product! Package came slightly beat up, but product was in tack. Easy to assemble and holds everything well and looks great!!!
