A:Â The tubes with handles and door anchor are available in 3 levels of resistance. The GF-4TUB20 (Green) is approximately 20Lbs of resistance. The GF-4TUB30 (Red) is approximately 30Lbs of resistance and the GF-4TUB40 (Blue) is approximately 40Lbs of resistance.

I'm obsessed! Just got these and I can’t stop using them! Love the versatility and that they work so well for someone who has to work out at home in a small space. I also love that even if you get the Light bands, you can double wrap them or choke up on them to make things more challenging. Can’t beat the workout these give me for the price, either! Highly recommend them.

Love the heavy band I have. Been using it for about a year now. I want to get the pro band though, the one with the three removable bands in one. This was a great starter and supplement to my gym regiment. Don't overlook resistance training!

Very nice product for senior resistance training. Read the weight classification for each color. Blue is heavy comparable to 40 pounds. Too much for me. Green was more what I needed. I recommend this to my PT. Of course Target gladly let me return it and purchase the correct one.
