Gold Bond Ultimate Healing Hand Cream - 3oz

I was a very loyal Gold Bond Hand Cream customer for years. This new version is terrible, it spills out of the tube like liquid hand cream. It’s sticky and doesn’t absorb onto the hands as the previous formula. Why change a wonderful product????

New formula is not good .... Bring back the old formula... 6th sigma something else... this customer DID notice the difference and you lost me. IT IS NOT AS GOOD.

This hand cream is amazing. It helps with dry skin immensely. My hands get cracked during the winter and this is a life saver. It has a very light scent but I wouldn't think it would bother you if you have sensitive skin. Overall I love this product.

This is NOT the same product as the old hand cream. This is MUCH runnier, does not soak in well, and makes hands very slick. The old kind was much better in all these ways. Will not be buying this again.

I buy a lot of this. My hands go through a lot at work and this is, was, the only product I liked. It was hydrating enough to keep my hands moisturized but light and not greasy so I could still use my keyboard. This "New Look, Same Product" is 100% not the same product. They changed something in the formula and its heavy and greasy. I had to throw it away and have scoured all of the stores for the old stuff and bought them out. Can find it anymore. Super Disappointing. Bring back the old formula.

This new formula sucks. It leaves a weird residue feeling and it’s not water proof like the old formula. Due to it being more of a water consistency it runs out faster too. Will be searching for a new hand cream.

My hands are so very dry, especially in the winter. I have dehydration issues and eczema so my hands hurt. My hands are constantly pruned and getting cut. The skin peels off in really bad areas. I am currently using this lotion. I switch lotions out because I use so many. This one is helping the best right now though. I do have to reapply often but it soothes instantly and no heavy scent.

This is an absolute lifesaver. I’m obsessed with this. My hands are super dry in the winter. Before I used this, they would start bleeding in the middle of class because of how dry they were. BUT THIS. It brought me down to the occasional slight burning sensation. It did the same for my other friend too. And for my friend with normal hands, it lasted hours. I would share it with her at around 9:30-10:30 and she’d still feel it on her hands at 3:00. An absolutely sensational product.

This is my first ever good bond brand purchase and I love it! It is both a really good moisturizer and keeps my hands in great shape.

Works amazing! Thick cream that actually hydrates. Great for in the winter. Keeps your hands from drying out with washing and hand sanitizer. I buy the multi packs so I can always keep one in my purse. My husband also loves it and his hands get very dry.

My mom got this for me after she was tired of seeing my cracked and broken hands. I wash and sanitize my hands a lot so the moisture tends to get lost in my skin. This product has really helped when my hands get really bad, and I try to use it regularly so that my skin doesn’t get to that point anymore. I love that it’s fragrance free so there’s nothing that burns my skin when it is broken open. I also have very sensitive skin, so that no fragrance helps with no irritation as well.

Please PLEASE bring back the old formula! The new formulation is so disappointing. As others have said, I’ll be looking for a new hand cream now.

After many years of using the original ultimate hand cream that was fabulous, you decided to change your product to an inferior one. Please bring back the original formula as I will not be using this one.

Very disappointed that it is advertised as the same, but it's not! The new labelling is missing the word Ultimate, and product is a more watery. New formulation isn't as good. I will not be buying this again.

Works better than my vaseline hand lotions. Not sure why theres so many negative reviews. It absorbs really well and does not feel sticky. The results last way longer too.

Why is it that when people find a great products, the company changes it? Is it because "the powers that be" doesn't want their products to be TOO effective? Goldbond...you need to remember WHO keeps you in business!

I have never written a negative review but I am so disappointed with this changed product. I agree with the others who have talked about how runny the new version is. I just opened the tube and it poured out on to my floor. Both my husband and I loved the original version because it absorbed quickly, didn't feel greasy and was very effective. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about this new version. And I don't see how you can say the formula hasn't changed because I looked at each ingredient on both tubes and they are not the same. It's very disappointing when you have a product you LOVE and now don't have the option to choose it. Please bring the original back!!!!

Don't tell me the only change to your ultimate healing lotion is the look. I have been using it for too many years to not notice the change in the lotion. Your new hydrating version feels different and doesn't absorb into my skin like the original healing lotion. It is thinner and leaves my hands feeling sticky.

It’s a great product if you are having dry hands and helps to fix the dryness of your hands very quick. You can also keep it in your hand bag when you’re traveling and you need something for your hands.

Before the "Not change to the formula" I bought a tube of this every time I went to the store for other random shopping, because as a food service worker with already dry skin that is extremely sensitive, I couldn't go more than two days without putting it on at the end of the day before my hands showed signs of being too dry. Then, one night I put it on just like I normally would, however this time it gave me a migraine. As someone who is sensitive to smells I am most bothered by this "not change to the formula". At first I thought someone swapped out the contents of the bottles for the body lotion because that lotion leads to head aches as well. All the other reviews are saying that the "not new formula" has an unpleasant feel on the skin, I can't say I agree because I haven't even been willing to try it since then. I had even bought another one to see if my theory was right about it being lotion, however even the new tube had the runny consistency that is definitely not the same and the same way to strong smell that I couldn't handle. It is so hard to find a good hand cream that actually gets the job done. Not just that, but give you the ability to use your hands again within a minute of applying it to you hands. As a food service worker I was so glad to have a hand cream that kept my hands from cracking that was also a decent price. I work two fast food jobs and don't know what I am going to do when I make it through the stash of the old bottles that I still have. I sure wish I had bought up more when they were still on shelves. Please go back to the original formula, it seems that there are many hands out in the world that will be thankyou for doing so.
