A: I asked Good Culture the same question several months ago. They cannot produce enough to satisfy demand. Hoping that will change. It’s very good and difficult to find.

A: It is not lactose=free. The lactose=free variety is not shown on the Target website, but it IS shown on Shoprite's website, if you would like to see what the label looks like. or buy it there.

I love this cottage cheese because it tastes great and is high in protein. it is hard to find this brand so I'm happy that Target carries it. I use it in place of cheese in many recipes and you would never know the difference. I must not be the only one who loves it because it is frequently out of stock.

Very very solid cottage cheese.
I grew up on Hiland brand cottage cheese that is distributed in the midwest. Hiland is the most incredible cottage cheese and no other brands can replicate it for some reason. HOWEVER, this cottage cheese is the best I've had out of any other brands. If Hiland is 10/10, this is a solid 8.75/10. The texture is a bit less "loose" aka thicker and the curds are a bit smaller and softer. Taste is delicious, slightly slightly sweeter than other brands but not as sweet as Hiland.
