I grew up on Hiland brand cottage cheese that is distributed in the midwest. Hiland is the most incredible cottage cheese and no other brands can replicate it for some reason. HOWEVER, this cottage cheese is the best I've had out of any other brands. If Hiland is 10/10, this is a solid 8.75/10. The texture is a bit less "loose" aka thicker and the curds are a bit smaller and softer. Taste is delicious, slightly slightly sweeter than other brands but not as sweet as Hiland.

The taste reflects the quality of ingredients. Love to eat plain or use in recipes.

This is the best low-fat cottage cheese. It has a mild flavor and small curd and it’s one of the few cottage cheeses on the market that doesn’t have additives. All the big name cottage cheese has bad additives.

If you know, you know. Good Culture is the best cottage cheese around. No weird irregular curd sizes, so mouth pleasure is almost guaranteed. They use simple clean ingredients and nothing weird.

I’ve never had an issue with this brand before, but I bought three containers and they all have mold upon opening. And they’re not even near expiration date, disappointing. I loved this brand and its cottage cheese, but I won’t be buying anymore. A waste of money
