A: The serving size is different. The single serving in the 16 oz tub is smaller than one single serve container.

I've Fallen Out of Love
When I first discovered Good Culture cottage cheese, I was in love. I would describe the texture as dry with very small cheesy curds. Recently I picked up six of the single serving size at $1.99 a pop from Target and four of the six I had to dump down the garbage disposal. They were whipped in texture and blah tasting. Really a turn off.
