I like the convenience of this for making a pseudo avocado toast at my desk in the morning and it energizes me for my workday. I pack a slice of bread, grape tomatoes, avocado mash, and boiled egg.

good for crackers not for a dinner the taste is like lemon it's not that great I give it a 4/10

Too much black pepper and lemon. Overpowers it with those flavors and I cannot taste the avocado. I really wanted to like this.

I’ve tried other brands of avocado cups and this one is by far the best. No chemical taste, very good flavor! We use for avocado toast almost every day.

I love it because of the taste and because there's no Garlic, no Onions and no Sugar. I have a sensitivity to Garlic and Onions.

This product is unbelievably bland, and I regret that I wasted the money on it. However, if bland avocado mash is your thing, you will probably enjoy this. Honestly though, don't get it and plan on seasoning it becasue it's so incredibly bland and flavorless that even heaping on seasoning could only help so much.

Honestly, if you’re in a pinch this is a very good option if you can’t make your own avocado spread. I do agree it’s too salty, but I don’t think it’s detrimental to the flavor. Like the other reviews mentioned, you do have to mix it a little before using it, but I don’t think that’s a big deal.

This is my favorite brand by far when it comes to single packs of avocado/guac! It has a definitive lemon taste(but not overpowering), so if you love lemon, you'll love this! It's also more of a spread than a mash, but I feel it makes it easier to incorporate in your meals.

10% DV sodium is an excessive amount of salt. The "whipped" texture was weird, almost like avocado mousse; and the lemon separates and spills from the cup. I think this is too hight in fat and sodium for me. I would prefer no salt and just mashed—not whipped—avocado.
