A: Hi ncy. No, we don't recommend for broiler usage as the pan is only safe to 410 °F, and broilers are typically +500 °F.

Hi Cat, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Warping can, unfortunately, occur with any sheet pan. To minimize the chance of warping, avoid abrupt or sudden temperature changes. Abrupt temperature changes are likely to result in warping; this is called thermal shock. Try gradually heating your pan in the oven (during the pre-heating process) rather than placing the pan straight into a hot oven. Slight warping does not affect a baking pan’s cooking performance, but you do want to do what you can to try to prevent or at least minimize it. This pan is at a very good price point. After a few weeks it still is non-stick. I often wash this type of pan by hand as it is very easy to clean while the pan is still warm, and the pans of this type often rust.
