I promote sustainable products so I’m very disappointed in this. It worked fine for the first use and then it got harder and harder to pump. It’s now useless having only used 4 tabs total. It also doesn’t produce much lather which I see many people are also unhappy with. I want this to work, but I think I will stick to bar soaps now.

I really want to love this because I am trying to replace all items in my home with refillable and reusable alternatives, but so far the soap doesn't stay sudsy and so I feel like I have to use a lot of it and it may not even be cleaning my son's hair and skin. He's also started to get bumps on his skin, which he's had before and I think he gets when his skin is dry or a little irritated.

The bottle is cute but the soap has absolutely no lather, no bubbles. I used almost the whole bottle in one or two tubs. Hopefully they rework it, it’s a nice concept.

I wanted to love this so bad. The bottle is great but I feel like I am just washing my baby with water. I tried it on myself and I didn’t feel clean at all. I am hoping I can use the bottle for something else.

So bad. Has absolutely no lather. The product completely disappears as soon as you start to wash your baby. The only redeeming quality about this set is the moisturizing bar. It glides on very easily. It does has a strange scent however despite being fragerence free.

The suds you experience are created with sulfate-free ingredients which create soft, delicate suds. For best results, we recommend measuring 8oz of cool water and pouring into the bottle and leaving the pump off as the tablet dissolves fully for 15 minutes. Then pump the suds directly onto your baby vs lathering in your hands first. I would love the chance to make your bathtime right and am happy to send you another tablet to try if you are interested! I wanted to like this so badly. I’ll start out with the balm review. I am so disappointed that this has has Sweet Almond Oil in it. The package claims that is is hypoallergenic, however that is NOT the case because of the presence of Sweet Almond Oil. As someone with tree nut allergies, Sweet Almond Oil causes red bumps to pop up on my skin. Hypoallergenic means it should not contain any of the top 8 allergens. It worked fine for my baby’s skin, but I tried a little bit on my hand and it instantly caused a skin reaction. I’m a sucker for reusable bottles and sustainable options and LOVE that this one is silicone. The bottle itself is great, and I love the idea of just buying tablets when a refill is needed. However, the soap product itself is not great. I had to use about 5X the amount of product than usual to get any kind of lather on my baby’s skin. And I love that there is a truly unscented option with no artificial fragrances, but my baby came out smelling like a wet dog afterwards. At least it wasn’t a total waste of money because at least I can reuse the bottle with another brand of foaming soap.

I wanted to love this. I really like the silicone bottle & the concept of reduced waste. The actual product however leaves a lot to be desired. It has no lather whatsoever and doesn't seem to clean my babies hair at all. My babies are approaching toddlerhood so maybe this is just for tiny babies & not littles that play & get food in their hair. It just didn't work for us at all. :(

The baby balm is amazing! My son has horrible eczema and this stuff after one application his skin is so soft! The soap on the other hand is garbage! Has no suds just doesn’t clean a baby.
