I love the handle! I can't hold a comb because of arthritis in my hands, plus my hair is long and thick so having a handle really helps me. I love how it doesn't frizz my hair, as I comb it either. I'm just now learning there are different brushes and combs for different things, this has become a new weapon in my armory of hair tools.
