Q: What works better for kids from9 to 14 either the head strap as shown or the helmet front /side mount
A:Â Either should work. The head strap is ajustable. He helmet can be inconvenient because doing anything with a helmet is uncomfortable

A:Â Yes. The videos you shoot are saved as mp4 files on the SD card in the GoPro camera. Those files can be transferred to your computer and used as normal video files.
