Conventional Oven: 1. Move oven rack to middle of oven. 2. Heat oven to 425 degrees F. 3. Arrange uncooked fish fillets in a shallow metal baking pan, leaving space between fillets. 4. Bake uncovered 23 to 25 minutes (Fully cooked fish must reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher.) until coating is golden brown and crispy. Turn fillets over after 14 minutes of cooking. Cook fillets thoroughly before serving.
Microwaving is not recommended.
