Bake uncovered 22 to 24 minutes (Fully cooked fish must reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher.) until coating is golden brown and crunchy. Turn fillets over after 12 minutes of cooking. Cook fillets thoroughly before serving. Microwaving is not recommended.
