Light, not greasy. There is not an overpowering smell. I have used this to cook up chicken, hamburger meat, vegetables. We also used this to cook up some pancakes and it didn't change the flavor at all which is a huge plus. Easy to clean up.

I was making homemade salad dressing with this Goya EVOO and was curious how it tasted on its own. I tried it on a leaf of lettuce and immediately tasted the rich high quality comparable to oils I've tried at tastings in specialty olive oil shops. This olive oil is good enough to be served with just a splash of your favorite vinegar, salt & pepper as a delicious & healthy dressing.

I recently received this product in the mail and used it for the first time. For starters I really like the product packaging. I like the nice glass bottle. It was great to use when cooking and great to put in the pan before putting food in the pan to keep things from sticking.

Compared to the olive oil I use, it's a middle eastern brand. Goya extra virgin olive oil tastes different. The only ingredients it has is olives. Some cheap olive oils are made from pomice oil. That's not olive oil. I would recommend getting this.

This was very good olive oil but I wouldn't label it as my favorite just because of the price to purchase. I have used it both for sautéing veggies and meats and I also used it as a base for a pasta salad dressing and it was all very good. I did get this bottle for free for my honest review
