I received this stroller as a gift off of my baby registry when I was pregnant with my first child in 2018. I now have a second child and am using it again with baby #2. I love this stroller. I can (and have) taken this stroller everywhere and anywhere. The big wheels make it easy to roll even on gravel. Neither my husband nor I have ever had a problem with the front wheel sticking in the almost 5 years we’ve been using this stroller. Our hope it to get another year or two out of it before converting to a wagon.

Bought this for our newborn 4 months ago and immediately started having issues with our front wheel. Wheel locks up while in swivel position and is impossible to maneuver. Would not recommend!

I just bought this stroller to replace my original Chicco I got as a travel system. It’s big but honestly I love it. My 18 month old seems much more comfortable and it is very smooth. I’m excited to try it on grass as we deal with horses. I will update later as to how that experience goes but overall this is a great purchase for the price.

I got this for my baby shower and the back wheel keeps going flat every time I go to use it I have to pump it up and it's a pain. Now that I have read the reviews I wish I wouldn't have gotten this one.

Front wheel doesn't turn correctly

Loved this stroller for the first month, then the front wheel stopped working correctly and gets stuck horizontally. We have to stop the stroller and go to the front to turn the wheel back the correct way.

We registered and received this stroller from our baby shower. Our daughter is a month old and we’ve used the stroller maybe 5 times and hate it! The front wheel gets stuck and you have to either kick the wheel or straighten it out with you hand. It’s super frustrating as you’ll be strolling along just fine and boom! the front wheel will stick and not let you move forward. Super frustrating as it’s not a cheap stroller by any means and we do like the height of the stroller.

I was excited to get this stroller. I was looking for something easy with maneuverability for my busy day to day lifestyle. I chose this stroller because of its design and the room to grow with my child. Everything else seems to fine but the front wheel gets stuck sideways and you end up having to drag it around or constantly stop to readjust the front wheel. Super inconvenient on daily strolls but a nightmare in a busy crowd. I wanted to love this stroller but it was a waste of money.

Seat recline doesn’t adjust to upright

This stroller worked fine to click the car seat into and handles well in the snow and cold but the seat won’t adjust to the most upright. We’ve only used it a couple times because of that. There are grooves for it to adjust and our baby tries to sit more upright but the seatback stops before it gets to the grooves for the upright setting and won’t lock in place. No amount of forcing has helped it.

Front wheel issues

I have had this stroller for some time now, we didn’t know that the front wheel issue was so common and we dealt with it. But we have a baby on the way and we’re going to have to get a new jogger and car seat that will attach to it. We thought we just had a design flaw on this one and said “ah let’s just get the most current graco jogger” but after reading countless reviews, we all have had the same exact issue with the front wheel not being able to take turns when you stop amd turn or back up and turn. It’s honestly a little embarrassing when navigating through stores, crowds, trails, etc. would not ever recommend.

We had high hopes for this stroller, but the front wheel renders it almost completely useless. The wheel turns and stops the stroller as soon as we try to lean or turn in a new direction. When we walk with friends or have a babysitter over, we don’t let them push the stroller because it’s too hard to navigate. It’s nice that the car seat clicks in so easily, but it can hardly be used to go on walks or jogs because of the wheel. Disappointed because it was not inexpensive. Would strongly advise against buying this model.

I was so excited to get this stroller for the convenience factor. The front wheel maneuverability (or lack there of) is a big issue. When you stop or change directions the front wheel gets stuck. When you go to push, it can get so stuck that the stroller tips. Seems like I’m not the only one with this issue, and I’ve tried the wd40 of the wheel joint recommendation they provided. This did not work either. I wish this company would stand behind the product and work to resolve issues with unhappy customers by replacing their defective stroller that you spent a lot of money on.

This is my 2nd one. My first had over 2000 miles on it before the front wheel bearing gave out. Not exactly sure why everyone is having such a problem with the front wheel. It's really not that complicated to figure out how to lock or unlock the front wheel.

We got this stroller as a gift about an year ago, but recently the front wheel has become a big problem. You can't steer it at all and need to lift it multiple times, just to get the direction right. It has reached to a point that it has become useless and we can't carry it anywhere.

Graco Fastaction stroller is not made for jogging or steady pace walking the reason being is every time we go on a walk for over a year now the wheel has stuck and we are fed up. This stroller front wheel does not work.

We got this a few months ago as a baby shower gift. Started off great! Loved it. BUT. Now the front wheel constantly gets stuck and jars my baby all around when trying to straighten it out!! I am beyond frustrated as this was not a cheap product. Seems like every review talks about this issue.

I bought this stroller system as a baby shower present for my daughter-in-law last year. I just took my granddaughter trick or treating and the stroller does not move. The front wheel does not turn at all … you literally have to lift the stroller using the handle bar and point the front in the direction you want to go. It turns out she has been dealing with the issue the entire time. I’m sorry I chose this gift for her now.
