We purchased this stroller for our baby who came in Feb of 2022 (this year) and it worked well with us for a few months. We have only used it going to grocery stores or Socorro’s appointments. The issue we have come across is my husband and I have continually found ball bearings coming off from it for the last month! For the price I expect a better product that would last longer. I am REALLY DISAPPOINTED in this product and would expect better from a Graco product. We haven’t even gotten a year use of it. Not to mention that those balls could be a CHOKING HAZARD had my little one gotten ahold of the ones that fell off in our house!

I do not have a single complaint about this stroller. My son is endlessly comfortable when riding in it. My husband and I have commented numerous times on how smooth it is regardless of the terrain. If something happens to this stroller before our son ages out of it, I will honestly be upset because no other stroller will ever live up to it - especially since the parent cup holder bar is becoming a thing of the past.

The instructions then say "make sure to use ONLY a Snugride Click Connect car seat." In addition, the instructions are awful. The drawings change angles without telling you where exactly the new angle is looking at, they call Velcro "tape", they give instructions on assembling pieces that come pre-assembled, etc. Oh, and the parts are not labeled. There was considerable confusion between the drink carrier for the child and the drink carrier for the grown-up. As if all all of this wasn't bad enough, the folded stroller is very unstable. The front wheels do not maintain position, meaning it can easily tip over onto a child or pet who happens to bump it.

I was hesitant to add this to my registry after reading other reviews, but I'm so glad I did. This purchase was for my second child. I didn't want to waste money on an infant car seat this time around (opted for the Graco 3 in 1) so I was looking for a stroller with a convertible bassinet option. I found several for $$$$$ before coming across this one. When I received it, I can't lie, I thought it looked/felt a little cheap. Boy was I wrong. I have been using this thing for 11 months now. I have jogged with it on our terrible neighborhood roads and sidewalks, taken it on miles long family walks, to state parks, on sand, gravel, grass, pavement, through airports, to restaurants, etc. And this baby is still in great condition. I was concerned about the wheels wearing down too fast, but they are still holding on strong. This thing is easy to fold down and open up. It's extremely light weight. My favorite feature is the actual seat part. It can face toward or away from you. I loved this when my baby was small. Now that she's bigger, she likes to face out. It also lays all the way flat and still has the capability to use the straps. This is perfect for newborns. If you are looking for a bassinet style stroller, this is the one.

First time parent, knew nothing about strollers. Originally we had a Safety First travel system and it was not my favorite. When we purchased the Graco Modes stroller, I was immediately happy with the size & functions of the stroller. I love that you have the option to have baby facing you and the bassinet conversion is a life saver for on the go naps. The basket on the bottom is a great size I can fit a lot of things down there. The only Con I have is that cupholders kinda suck, but it's a stroller for baby not for my drinks, so it's not a deal breaker for me. I definitely recommend this stroller.

I can't believe that many manufacturers do not offer this feature, the baby should sleep relaxed and not hunched over in a car seat .... -no blanket or cover for the baby's feet, 0-3 months the baby must sleep in a bassinet, at this age we do not want to disturb him by dressing him every time, more practical a bassinet with a cover. -Offered in a single color -Double price in Canada

I bought this for my 2 year old and he does not fit in it. The stroller is described for a toddler but he cannot lean back and has to tilt his head to fit under the canopy. The stroller also doesn't fully recline for a toddler therefore when he falls asleep his neck is at an uncomfortable angle. Graco left out a lot of important details in the description as a toddler stroller
