Graco Nautilus SnugLock Grow 3-in-1 Harness Booster Car Seat – Henry

This seat does NOT install easily. The snuglock technology sucks. It will not get tight no matter how hard I try. The snuglock is made out of plastic, so it feels like it is going to break. Returning it for a Britax Clicktight which actually works!!!

For the price it’s a great buy

Not surprising that this seat is amazing. Of course the goal is to keep a child safely in a seat as long as possible but my son was starting to get uncomfortable in his last seat due to the straps being too snug near his neck. This was a game changer! The feature that is widens as it adjusts upwards was by far the selling point for us. My son is also autistic and keeping him restrained in a harness as long as possible is very important to us. I will recommend this car seat to anyone that is in the market for an upgrade. I’m excited to get more years of use out of this one! It installs easily and comes apart easily to wash.

Absolutely LOVE this car seat. I had originally bought the Graco Wayz and returned it because it was difficult to install properly. I have had zero issues with this. My 3 year old is loving it and says it’s comfortable. The cup holders come off for easy cleaning too.

Easy to install! The LATCH clips are the easy clip-in/clip-out ones. The SnugLock makes it even easier!

I'm liking the seat so far. Have had it for a little over a month. Though quite heavy (compared to something like the Cosco finale), install is very easy and I like the added locking feature. An added plus is how smooth and easy to loosen and tighten the harness. Prior we had the Extend 2 Fit and it was so difficult to tighten, we kept the harness in its tightened position at all times.

When I first saw it, I really liked it. But as I installed it a realized how squeaky it is! I just feel like the sides could break off. That is the feature that makes it grow. But honestly, I don't feel like this booster is safe because of this. Everything else on this is perfect. Wish I didn't have to return! But I just don't feel like it is safe enough for my child.

I absolutely love this seat. It was so easy to install and is incredibly secure. The hardest thing was getting the cup holders in (you have to press until you hear a little click). I have a smaller car and it was easier to get a slight recline in the seat with this than my previous seat - which is great so when my child falls asleep in the car his chin isn’t hitting his chest. It’s also sleek and kind of cool looking. My kid thinks it’s awesome and is impressed that it “evolves into a booster seat” (we are very into Pokémon at the moment so evolving is a big deal haha)

Its an excellent car seat. No complaints so far. I hope it holds up for a long time.

The first thing I noticed was how comfortable it was, especially compared to others I have had for my children throughout the years. I love being able to adjust it as my child grows and intend to use the booster soon. It was very easy to install and is a little bulky but fits just fine in my SUV. I am very happy with this car seat and so is my little one!

I bought this seat for my 5 year old daughter to use as a harnessed booster and then transition to a seat belt. Install is an absolute breeze which I love! I have 2 big issues with this seat: 1. It squeaks! The sides which have styrofoam make a horrible noise of styrofoam rubbing together when my child is in it or if we are on a bumpy road. It’s so loud! 2. My daughter swears like crazy in this car seat! I will take her out of it after a short car ride and her back is soaking wet from sweat. The material of the seat is just hot and makes my daughter uncomfortable. With these 2 reasons alone I have decided to return the car seat and find something else.

Quick and easy to install. Very easy instructions to read. Kiddo loves the arm rests.

East to install. Love that it has the option to use a latch or the snug lock. The profile (depth) is slimmer that our previous model so my 3 year old can get in easily on her own.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used and been a fan of a number of Graco car seat products, so I was excited to try this one. I received it as part of the Stellar Panel Product Testing, but all my previous seats and strollers were purchased. The seat was easy enough to install once I found the latch straps (I struggled to locate them at first), and it seems like we'll be able to switch it over to seatbelt install pretty soon when kiddo gets close to 45lbs. The adjustable headrest and backrest are really comfortable according to my daughter, and I love that we'll be able to use this seat as a booster seat in a couple years too. I'm pleased to say we like this one as much as our Graco Extend2Fit and maybe even more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The car seat is really well made and not as big and bulky as I thought it would be. I love the material and the color scheme on it. All of the mechanisms are easy to use and the instructions are straight forward. I love how it can be fully extended straight for easy storage. We did try to install it in our car and the installation was very easy, with the locking mechanism being strong and straight forward. I had my son sit in the car seat and he loved the comfort of it. One caveat, although we were able to test install it, the seat didn’t bode well with the back part of our vehicle’s seat. I think the car’s bucket style seat aren’t great for this car seat. Although we can’t fully utilize it, the rest of the package is great. The Graco brand is trust worthy and I recommend this product. I was given this car seat to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

I decided to use this seat for my 4 year old, and he loves it! He especially loves that this is the first seat he has ever been able to buckle all by himself. We took him in this car seat for a long car ride and he felt sufficiently comfortable. I installed the seat using the Latch system and was impressed by the ease of installation. Unlike other carseats that we have used, this one widens at the back as you expand the headrest upward. I feel confident that we will continue using this beyond the forward facing harness mode and into the high back and backless booster modes.

I have purchased many Graco seats. I bought this one for my 3 year old grandson. I love the snuglock feature. The only thing I do not like about this version Nautilus is the headwings are not as large as the original or appears not to be. My grandson tends to fall forward when sleeping. I had to recline all the way and put headrest harness straps right at the shoulders. Great seat otherwise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dang! This carseat is so nice and CUTE! It's sturdy and sleek with room to grow all the way to when my daughter is in just a booter seat. The fabric is soft, well made and I know it will last for years to come. I love that my four year old can climb on in by herself. It makes her feel more independent, like a big girl. She LOVES her new car seat. She loves her arm rests and the fact that she can reach her cup holders. She said she's really cozy in her new seat and I was able to adjust the head rest and back rest to fit her petite little frame. I love that the five point harness is so easy to buckle together and tighten as well as un-buckling and loosening. I think my favorite feature though, as silly as this is is that the cup holders are easy to remove and CLEAN! I also love that this seat has gone through rigorous crash tests to make sure safety is top priority. My husband took out our daughter's other forward facing carseat and swapped it for this one. He didn't have any problems installing as the instructions were detailed and easy to follow. The latch is so easy to click in and tighten and we have confidence that our sweet girl is safe. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this car seat that we will have for years of to and from school, and many road trip memories!

I've been through a few car seats with my children and this one is my favorite by far. It was very quick and easy to set up for my kid - adjusting the headrest and tilt were smooth. Installing in my car (Acura MDX suv) was painless. I tried two different setups - latch tether with seatbelt, and the full latch setup. Both were sufficient, though I did get it tighter with the full latch setup - adjusting and tightening seemed to take less effort than some other seats I've installed. I usually break a sweat trying to get the latch straps tight but not this time! As with all car seats I've tried, I could never get it perfectly tight with leather seats - they always slide around a little, and this seat is no exception. Being able to quickly uninstall and reinstall this seat is huge because I don't transport my kids daily - I had left some of the old seats in all the time because they were such a hassle to install - this will be in and out more often so I can actually use my backseat. This seat was definitely a bit cushier than my previous seat - my son seemed happy. It did come with a little pad to go over the buckle that seemed like an awesome idea... But it fell off almost every time I used it. Cup holders are large enough and well integrated - they are also on tightly and won't come flying off like on some previous seats! My favorite feature is that this will be the last car seat I have to buy - it easily transitions to a booster to grow with the child, which is incredible. It's well worth the money to know that I won't have to go car seat shopping again! All in all a great product - five stars!
