The LATCH does not provide any added security to the booster seat. On select models, the LATCH is an added feature but it's sole purpose is to prevent the booster from becoming a projectile in the event of an accident when it is unoccupied. The weight of your little one is meant to hold the booster seat into place. I hope that this helps!

A: It does come with LATCH. This booster seat connects to the anchors in your car with a convenient adjustable strap in the front. Not sure why GRACO answered the other question with the incorrect information.
