Granitestone 17 Pc Nonstick Cookware Set with Knife Set and Bamboo Cutting Board

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to give this set a good try out before reviewing. Now that I have been able to test everything out, I am really happy with it. Granitestone Diamond describes these very well! I tried to get a good close up to show the inside of one of the pans, which is made of this very tough material. I have cooked eggs, pasta, potatoes and much more in these pans, and have not gotten a single scratch on any of them. They are a breeze to clean, and the most truly non stick I've used. The knives are sharp and great material as well, with good sturdy tough handles. They cut and slice very well and also are quite easy to clean. From what I can tell, these should last a good long time without worry! One more thing.. The blue that I chose is a very pretty color and I love that even the knives match the pans. Very nice looking! Overall a wonderful choice.

This set would be awesome for newlyweds, new homeowners or college students. It comes with pots, and skillets, a wooden cutting board and a knife set. I got the blue set and found it light to handle with a unique interior that is also blue tinged. I always cook with oil or butter but I have had nothing stick. I usually use skillets more than anything, and I cook with them everyday. Anything from omelets, steaks, potatoes, etc. and nothing has stuck and washes easily. The one thing I was amazed of, was the knife set. They are actually sharp right out of the box! I have had many knife blocks, but they are never sharp and I have to get them sharpened to use them. I was so taken aback when I used the paring knife for the first time, and it actually cut through what I was cutting, which was a small ham for omelets. I also use my cutting board every day, and it's just the right size for cutting vegetables and meats. It has cleaned up easily and I haven't seen any marks on it from cutting yet, but I'm sur eventually there will be. It's small enough to just go right in a cupboard or drawer after washing and drying. The pots are great and they come with a strainer/steamer that is a nice addition to the set. The instruction say that you don't have to use butter or oil, but that's just something that I have a hard time doing. They cook my omelets and other food evenly and even though the handles are metal, they have yet to be hot when I touch them. They are oven safe, but I haven't needed to put them in the oven as yet. I would definitely recommend this set for anyone looking for quality cookware with extras that you don't usually see with cookware sets. I just love it the cookware is very tough and doesn't scratch like other nonstick type cookware. Nothing I have cooked has stuck and cleans very easy. The cutting board is great also. The knives are very sharp and a great quality and balanced great.

The handles for all the items are strong and fit well in the hand. I prepared all sorts of items and the equal heating within the pans and non-stick surface was really good. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very impressed with the value for money and overall style of this set. The blue color looks gorgeous in my kitchen, which also has blue accents like pendant light shades over the central island, and above cabinet LED concealed lighting. The versatile glass lids are a boon when simmering or stir frying, but the steamer is my favorite item - broccoli has never tasted so good. My only reservation is you do need oven mitts or heatproof cloth to remove the pans from the cooker surface as the handles transmit all of the heat from the pan. Some sort of insulation would have been very welcome. The non stick surface works perfectly, but only time will tell how long that will last. Overall this is a great set of pans, and definitely well worth the cost.

I made eggs on it with out butter or oil, the eggs cooked and slid right out of the pan. I want to see how it holds up over time, but so far this set is amazing. I’ve been using metal utensils on it and the granite stone seems unfazed by them. I got rid of all my sets and this is the only one I love using now!

Its hard to say what I like most about the set because there are so many advantages of using the cookware. One of my favorite things is I do not have to worry about using metal utensils with it. The granite stone diamond blue anti stick surface is so easy to clean, it makes cooking and clean-up a breeze. I have owned many anti stick cookware sets in my life, but this set is the best I have ever used. All of the pieces in the set are well made and sturdy. The handles don't get hot on the stove. All of the pots and pans in the set can go from the stovetop into the oven and then back to the stovetop. They are safe in the oven up to 500 degrees. Be careful when removing them from the oven as the handles will get hot in oven. After cool down, just clean them in the sink with some dish soap and a rag and they are ready to use again. I could not be happier with this cookware set. Highly recommend it.

Trying to clean them was a nightmare. I needed something non-stick for times when I'm not needing a sear, but cooking eggs, sauces, etc. These fit the bill perfectly. Good sizes, lids fit nicely and everything is heavy and well constructed. The nonstick finish IS impressive. I didn't hammer on it, but using metal utensils / forks / spatulas didn't seem to faze this finish at all! I will, of course, use silicon tools most of the time, but I wanted to test it and see how well it would hold up. From everything I can see, these pans (and pots) will last a lifetime.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Granite Stone Diamond Blue 10PC Set comes with everything I use daily when cooking, also are a very attractive blue color that makes my kitchen look nice and organized. The other great feature is that I don't need oil or butter when cooking, its made with granite stone blue for a nonstick cooking experience. After trying a few different foods I found that most everything I cooked didn't stick except when I made over easy eggs, but even with that I just had to add a very little amount of olive oil. My overall thoughts most everything didn't stick and it allowed a healthier eating for me, the coating inside was very durable when using different metal utensils that did not scrape or scratch bottom, the handles did not get hot and were cool to touch, the lids have a small opening to release steam when cooking and are safe for stove top and oven along with the pans, easy to clean also dishwater safe, made free of PFOA, PFOS, lead and cadmium which is healthy and NON-Toxic. I truly believe this are made of good quality, amazing durability, and will last a long time!

After washing them first in the dishwasher, I used the cookware to cook dinner. The cookware set had a nice, light weight feel to them. I didnt have to use any butter or oil in my pans. The handles on the cookware stayed cool to the touch so I didnt have to be concerned about burning my hands. The steamer insert was a delight to use to cook my vegetables for my family. I love the clear see through lids. The lids helped me see the food as it cooked and I could make sure my food was cooking like I needed it to be. The sauce pan was so nice for cooking my side dishes. The set includes all the right size pans and I love that it came with a steamer as we are trying to eat healthier. I followed the directions to wash it the first time with soap and water. Also the first time I used it, I seasoned it with oil. Since then I haven’t had to use any oil and it definitely is non-stick. I use it on low to medium heat and it cooks evenly and well. I wondered if the handle would get too hot. The handle does heat up slightly depending on how high I have the heat, but I normally use a hot pad when cooking so this hasn’t been an issue for me. I love that I can use it in the oven as well. I was able to go from the stove and straight into the oven to finish baking which makes a lot less cleanup. Definitely love this Granite Stone Diamond Blue cookware!
