My first meal was frying fish and I couldn't believe how non-stick the pan was! I had no extra mess after I was done! Even cleaning the pan after making my brownies was easier than my old pans! There was barely any residue left. I am really pleased with this set!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this set of cookware for several weeks now and completely satisfied with their performance. The quality of the cookware is top-notch. The pots heat up quickly and retain heat, perfect for when I make chili and soups. I've used the pans numerous times, cooking eggs, fish, sauteing onions, mushrooms, etc. and never had an issue with the food sticking. Clean up is also quick and easy. Only downside, and I might be nitpicking, but I would have preferred round/oblong handles rather than the flat ones.

It has tight fitting lids, a reinforced cooking surface, all metal design so the bottom and tops can both go in the oven. The pans are dishwasher safe and oven safe up to 500 degrees. I really like that I am able to use my metal spoons and not worry about messing up the finish.

I can do the cool flip when I cook because the food doesn't stick and it's much lighter in weight than the one pan I had that was actually non stick. I also really like the color, all my other pots and pans were black and that's just boring.

It has a very nice finish and easy to cook on my food didn't stick, it has a great quality cause the first thing my clumsy butt did was drop it accidentally but it completely stayed in tack there were no dents

BLUE EXPRESS has made them unworthy to be in my cabinets anymore. This GRANITE Stone 20 pcs Blue Express is so wonderful to cook with it makes you feel like you are cooking with an orchestra playing. I mean even the food as it is frying all seems to be in perfect harmony.

Cleanup is a breeze. I usually just wipe well. No extra fat is needed when making sausage or hamburger. Handles may get warm, but they are oven safe to 500 degrees. Despite the description, I would not use metal utensils. Nor would I heat pans on high or bake over 400 degrees, but I like to play it safe

I love the look of this pan and it sauteed my food very evenly. So what am I to do next? Toss my old used pans of course! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love to cook and bake and i am so happy with this GRANITESTONE DIAMOND 20 piece non stick aluminum cookware and bakeware set! This set has everything i need to make some great meals and deserts. These pots and pans are solid and cook nicely on my flat top stove. The lids fit well and i am careful not to drag them but to lift them on my stove. I love the way nothing sticks to them and clean-up is a breeze! They are dishwasher safe but i have been hand washing them because it takes no time at all. I have put them in my oven with no problems. The baking pans needed no cooking spray and my cookies and banana bread came out great! They are PFOA free and have a 10 year limited warranty. A complete set that look and work great!

I love the sparkle and shine on the pans. I've been looking for a pan set that the skillets can also go in the oven too. Some recipes i like to make call for cooking on the stove top and then transferring it into the oven to bake and these are safe up to 500 degrees. I've also never had a proper steamer before and it works perfectly! This set is everything I needed! It truly is non stick and was able to toast bread and just wipe the pan with a paper towel and make the eggs right after. it cleans really easily with pretty much no effort. The pans also seem to heat up evenly and distributes the heat well. I have already used these a lot, and I am so excited for all the things I will make with them too. I believe these are going to last a long time. I am so happy I got these.
