I've only recently been introduced to cooking with a ceramic skillet. Food cooked in a ceramic skillet just tastes better to me. My first ceramic skillet made by another manufacturer didn't last two weeks so I returned it and purchased the more expensive Green Pan. I use it everyday, sometimes se...  see moreof TPen's review

My wife bought this pan 3 weeks ago and her steaks, cheeseburgers, and homefries are back to being crispy and tasty the way I like it. With other pans the juices would gather on the rim of the pan and burn. My wife was extremely frustrated. Now with the Green Pan that doesn't happen and she is very ...  see moreof Rickster17's review

We use this pan all the time for tofu and it NEVER sticks! I don't have to use any extra fat and it still gets everything crispy! Highly recommended!  see moreof Veggie's review

We have this pan and within 2 days became our favorite pan. It is very versatile and easy to use. We entertain a lot and use our cookware a lot!!! We would recommend this pan to any chef.  see moreof Wendy's review

Promising construction yet immensely disappointing performance

I loved this pan when I first used it. Adding a couple of eggs to fry without fats was amazing and they just glided off of the surface when they were done. The construction (handle, body, etc.) is fairly solid and an acceptable aesthetic. Fast forward two months and about 20 uses; it sticks worse...  see moreof Teaktoc's review

I bought this pan a few months ago and have used it maybe 20 times and the ceramic surface is already chipped. I have never used a metal utensil on this pan, only wood or plastic, and now I have to throw it away. What an enormous waste of money, I recommend you purchase a different brand of non-st...  see moreof Kim's review

At first this pan was amazing, non-stick awesomeness! However within a month of use things began to stick a little. Not bad but a definite change. I figured it was worth it to avoid the potential hazards of teflon. Now, three months after purchasing this pan it's totally worthless. Everything sticks...  see moreof stephan's review

Everything sticks to this pan. When I fry eggs I have to let it soak and then still use a scrubby. This was a bad buy for me. I thought spending the extra money would be worth the quality but it is not.  see moreof Karen's review
