This little pan has solved my life long problem. I could never cook eggs very well. This little fellow is a gem. So well made and stick free. I watched an expert cook showing us how with a similar pan. He could flip it over with a flick of the wrist. I have to use a spatula or whatever you call tho...see moreof the reviewer's review

I am very pleased with this purchase. I have several other pans from this line in different sizes. I appreciate that they are much safer to cook with - I've thrown out all of my old teflon pans! They wash up with little effort and are very well-made. Although they are lighter than some similar pans,...see moreof the reviewer's review

First fry went very well, even heat and no stick. Then while cleaning the pan I discovered a chip on the side. Nothing hard hit, the spatula was rubber. But the chip show's that the ceramic coating is very thin. I expect that it will get roughed up by washing as well, like the other reviewers. I wou...see moreof the reviewer's review

Worked great for a month. I always used a little bit of oil just to coat the pan, but after a month, everything started horribly sticking to it. They still work for sauteing but be prepared to soak and scrub it hard afterwards.see moreof the reviewer's review
